In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "oxibet" / "the Platform" / "the Company" — refers to oxibet, the online gambling platform accessible at https://oxibet.cam, including all sub-pages, services, software, and content made available therein.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" — any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on the Platform by completing the registration process and passing identity verification (KYC).
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp), representing the aggregate of deposits, bonus credits, and settled winnings less withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by oxibet that are subject to wagering requirements and distinct from withdrawable Cash Balance until requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required by oxibet before a User may make withdrawals or access full platform features.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other wagering opportunity offered on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws, regulations, and licensing conditions of the jurisdiction under which oxibet holds its international gaming license.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the Platform for transactions by Indonesian players.

Access to and use of oxibet is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oxibet does not permit users under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the holder of a valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or a valid national passport, and must be capable of completing identity verification when requested.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a separate license not held by the Company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of oxibet, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or voluntary restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

To access the full range of services on oxibet, each User must register a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Valid email address (used for account communications and password resets);
• Date of birth;
• Country of residence and a valid Indonesian phone number;
• Chosen username and a secure password.

You warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and not misleading. oxibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be registered with false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

oxibet reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits: oxibet accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. oxibet does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (where possible), subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times are as follows:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 5–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests outside these hours are queued and processed the following morning.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Typically under 10 minutes for verified accounts.

oxibet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated Account has not completed KYC verification, has an active pending investigation for fraud or abuse, or the withdrawal method differs materially from the deposit method without a documented reason.

oxibet may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses to new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Cash Balance.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the applicable promotion specifies a different period.
• Each User is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the new-member offer unless a separate Reload Bonus promotion is active.
• Sports betting wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed below this threshold will not count.
• Slots and crash games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games contribute 10%; table poker games contribute 5%.
• oxibet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time with or without notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Users found to be misusing the bonus system — including multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploiting promotional overlap — will have all bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

All bets placed on oxibet are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual markets (football, live casino, slots, esports, etc.) are published within the respective game or event interface and form part of these Terms.

• A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the User.
• oxibet reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error (palpable error), or corrupted data feed. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.
• For football markets, Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under lines are settled based on official full-time scores. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. oxibet cannot guarantee odds stability during live events and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per sport are posted within the sportsbook interface. oxibet is not liable for losses arising from failure to observe posted limits.
• Winnings from mix parlay (accumulator) bets are calculated by multiplying the individual decimal odds of all selected outcomes. One voided selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on oxibet and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), including via proxies, VPNs, or third-party credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain, and failing to report such issues to oxibet's support team;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, bonus structures, or payment systems;
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform if you have agreed to a self-exclusion or if you are below the minimum age of 21 years.

oxibet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC may be requested at Account registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time oxibet deems it necessary based on risk assessment.

To complete KYC verification, Users are required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed scan or photograph of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport. The document must be current, fully legible, and unaltered.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face, taken in good lighting. The ID and your face must both be clearly visible.
• Source of Funds (if applicable): For high-value transactions or accounts flagged for additional review, oxibet may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.

KYC submissions are reviewed by the oxibet compliance team within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions. Users will receive an email notification upon approval or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held in a pending state until verification is complete. oxibet is not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience arising from delays caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, oxibet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Any delay, error, or failure in the transmission of data between the User's device and the Platform's servers, including bets not received or confirmed due to connectivity issues;
• Any loss of winnings, opportunity, or expected profit arising from the void or cancellation of a bet under the rules set out in Clause 6;
• Any unauthorized access to a User's Account arising from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if oxibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oxibet's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

oxibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Any regulatory or licensing requirement that necessitates restricting the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a User's voluntary request or due to inactivity — and no fraud or breach of Terms has been identified — any remaining verified Cash Balance will be returned to the User via the last used verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the oxibet support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oxibet holds its international gaming license. By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept this governing law provision.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, oxibet and the User shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users are encouraged to contact the oxibet support team in the first instance, providing a clear written description of the complaint and the resolution sought.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by oxibet. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

oxibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the User's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
